Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before registering for membership with Rishta Mantralay ("us", "we", or "our"). By registering with our offline matchmaking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To register as a member or request matchmaking services from us, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age: Candidates must be of legal marriageable age in India (18 years for females, 21 years for males).
• Marital Status: Candidates must be legally single, divorced, or widowed. If divorced, proof of legal dissolution of marriage must be provided.
• Target Network: Our bespoke matchmaking services are curated for elite families, professionals, entrepreneurs, NRIs, and business owners.

2. Information Veracity and Proofs

Members commit to submitting accurate, truthful, and complete details regarding the candidate and family background. Any misrepresentation, falsified credentials (educational, professional, or marital), or omission of material facts may result in the immediate termination of membership without refund.

3. Background Assessment Consent

By joining our network, you explicitly consent to offline credential checks. You agree to provide necessary document proofs (identification, academic certificates, professional credentials, etc.) upon request by your dedicated Relationship Consultant.

4. Strict Confidentiality Obligation

In matchmaking, confidentiality is mutual:

• Restricted Sharing: Any match details, profiles, photographs, or family details shared with you are strictly confidential.
• No Third-Party Disclosures: You agree not to copy, print, share on messaging apps, or discuss any member details with anyone outside your immediate family.
• Breach Consequences: Unauthorized disclosure of shared profiles is a breach of trust and subject to immediate suspension of membership and legal remedies.

5. Service Fees and Payments

Engagement fees are tailored based on the scope and requirements of the search, as determined during initial consultation.

• Non-Refundable: All registration and consultation fees are non-refundable as they cover administrative verification, curation, and advisory efforts.
• Payment Schedule: Service fee payments must be made in full or according to the agreed schedule before profile curation and matching services begin.

6. Match Limitations and Disclaimers

While we make every effort to find compatible introductions through offline curation, Rishta Mantralay does not guarantee a successful marriage or engagement. We act as a facilitator. Final decisions, character validation, and lifestyle suitability checks remain the sole responsibility of the respective families.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
